Soveriegn territory and ministers would perhaps be very worried about their positions in life if they gave the final key over to a company that they had a major strategic interest in.
Only so far the Powers that be can go with that though before the likes of Emmerson get into a public fight about it and damage potential western investment in Morocco

Save it wronglad. It might help you drive the price down further in future. Its funny all these so called researchers never mentioned CFG or Palm Oil in the run up to announcement. Youd think theyd have been all over it considering it was all there and obvious.

The Investment has been made in two parts, firstly £46,000 for 4.6 million shares in CFG was invested in a seed round in March 2022 and a further £125,000 for 1.25 million shares in CFG has now been invested in the "Friends & Family" funding round which raised a further £1.65 million and was led by Agronomics Limited, the AIM traded alternative proteins company with a focus on cellular agriculture and cultivated meat.

Following this latest round of funding, SEED will have a holding of 5,850,000 shares representing 5.38 % of CFG's total issued share capital, with an implied valuation of £585,000 based on the latest issue price
