There was a raft of recentish CBD companies IPOing that were basically names looking for businesses. doesn't matter which celebrity is endorsing it.

I much prefer building a business then IPO'ing (or selling) and having a genuine value attributed to it.

The Race car thing of Ed's is nothing to do with SEED its related to his personal life and hobby. At anyone time he has up to 15 directorships many of which are related to personal assets or group structure.

It's refreshing to actually have a view point which takes in to consideration a few potential outcomes. However it is only a sliver of information we have and as interesting/intriguing as it is lets not put 2 and 2 together and get 9.

There may be other actors involved which would fill the blanks for us. Personally I don't feel that Ed would do anything which would jeopardise his career or standing as a CEO. I know some people get frustrated because like some other CEO's he doesn't take his pushing of the company to the wire. I prefer him keeping his "Excitement" or edginess to the track and his steadiness to the business in hand.

There's two peridot's one is corp and one is comp

I think the comp is british and a separate vehicle (entity entirely) I think the name Peridot has been chosen because Chrystal have a theme and if you believe in Crystals etc then Peridot represent Wellness and Health.

Theres a James Innes connection who is part of Chrystal but I think it would make sense for Ed to act as an advisor on a Fund or Trust.

If it's whats happening I think it makes a lot of sense and creates stability. I'm totally for it.

There's a lot of noise in the Cannabis Industry at the moment, a lot of folk in suits pretending they have influence where they don't and a lot of folk promising things that are years away.

Chrystal Capital Partners's Kingley Wilson talks to Proactive London about Verdite Capital Fund which has been set up for investing in cannabis.

With a growing wave new legislation, Kingley believes the popularity of cannabis is only set to rise and is planning to raise an initial $100m before growing it to $200m through a later fundraising.

The fund will be focused on the wellness side of things as well as the medical side, with 1.4m people in the UK only using this drug to solve all sort of ailments from physical pain to depression.
