Some people think 2 years but I think longer…the change in Germany and New York next year might be an important tipping point to get the issue on the agenda…at the moment you have the cannabis industry lobbying but if NYC and Germany go full Rec it won’t just be tiny little companies, it will be big banks, and the Government will need to make sure flow of money and role of City not impacted so that is where pressure to change POCA will come from.

It is official! The parties agreed on the legalization of cannabis in Germany in their coalition agreement.
