"Around 23,000 Christmas jobs are on offer in sectors including retail, catering, hospitality and construction, said jobs site Adzuna.

The total number of vacancies fell slightly in October and at a much lower rate than earlier this year, said the report.

Average advertised pay has increased for five months in a row to over GBP39,000, while there are two jobseekers for every vacancy, according to Adzuna.

KEEP an EYE - IQE 11.16p ( 11.12 v 11.20p )

They are moving up fast today, there was a large volume 20M a couple days ago, mostt likely the overhang was cleared. A considerable buy trade paying a premium 123K at 11.24p a few minutes ago . The chart shows an Inverted HEAD and SHOULDERS.

Today's drop was due to X-dividend for the 2.20p on 50 days will be pay day

Ex-dividend date 21 November 2024

Payment date 10 January 2025

14 v 14.50p - The games are over as the intention to get the share back on the large mark down earlier and fill their books again did not work, the MMs had to up the prices again.

The Large spread of the MMs 13.50 v 14.25p lasted a while but now is back to a more realistic spread 13.75 v 14.25p

With the bid to 14p, it seems like the bounce is taking place with the MMs allowing the move up at the end.

It was marked down with sustained pressure between them, without much reason apart from the usual retrace.

Still" CHEAP like chips" let it run and run till the proper offer price, well above 150p

Speculators ( day traders ) losing money today, Buying lots of 30K at 9 and selling for a loss at 12. And the guy illegally doing the trades, 1 second after second selling the 30K lots ( in 4 seconds sold 4 lots of 30K.)
