Bought some earlier at 420.60p my reasons: The chart is telling me the stock is ready to bounce back after the retracement. The peers are doing much the same Housing is not going to slow down as expected. On an earnings/yield basis this is now the cheapest stock in the sector. On the charting front they are now at below lower Bollinger Band ( buy signal ), and recovering today from the earlier marked down will finished with a good Candlestick "Housebuilders buoyed by £5 billion fund for new homes from Government for extra stimulus"

Do not take any notice is from the doubters with no shares on the company, but they like to post this way ( a pleasure from their nature ) ------------------------ Nice bounce back from the lows earlier, the 250K buyers is busy

Good demand from the start of the day, as it seems the marked down of a couple days ago and then bounce back at the same day, are signaling the lows are being reached. I have worked out an after hours buy of another 300K, there was 1.25M buys for 120k sells that is 10 v 1 If is carry on this way then there is only one way to go ....UP

Buys certainly are in charge today but as the market is down the MMs are not interested on rising prices tomorrow is another day
