Has been moving slowly higher for the last couple days, but today so far is rising much faster and in bigger % terms. The chart is supporting this rise with all buys so far today.

Another delayed buy @ 13p and now 100K buy at full offer 13.25p, that got the price to buy 13.50p I am not sure where all these shares are coming from, unless there is a large delayed sell by the end of the day. Otherwise a MM is selling the stock at under their book price
