The share had a well-marked down on the news of Dividend being suspended on the 19th, as most builders have done since. Is bouncing slowly from the lows for the last couple days. Has been the most markdown company of the Builders

Since the UT at 12.02pm the share price has come down to a good price to speculate
on the Oil price moving higher. The Chart is forming a nice Bowl at the bottom.

A bit of MMs game taking the bid down to 42p but did not last because straight away was back to 43p and then offer to 46p, so Up.

The sellers were getting 43.60p so no reason to mark it down to 42p
Just now the buys are taking the stock to 45 v 47p

There is for the last 2 hours a mixture of buying and selling, but for the last few minutes the buyer have to pay almost full offer, maybe a move is ready

The share price had fallen by 66.32%

Today at 33.50p is 64.74% lower from it highs

UK housebuilders are too cheap, Jefferies said as the broker placed 'buy' ratings on almost all sector stocks after big share price falls caused by the coronavirus crisis.

Jefferies' analysts cut their earnings estimates for housebuilders and building products suppliers by an average of 15-25% for the current year. But at valuations not seen since directly after the Brexit vote in 2016 shares prices are too low for a sector expected to achieve a return on capital of 20% or more.

Share prices in the sector had fallen by 50% in the past month as investors were gripped by fear about the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on housebuilders.

What is going on today's Trading

It looks like the market at the moment is being rigged for the MMs favor, nothing strange but more now.

Despite the late buying yesterday, this morning opening lower, so encourage sellers and some took the bate, then plenty of buyers, more than 3 times buys to sells, but the price still down on the day, not even level with the opening.

Something is not right on looking at volume there is 1/3 more buying than selling.
Someone is not reporting a seller by the looks of it

Coronavirus: UK expected to move to 'delay' phase
The government is set to announce on Thursday that it is stepping up its response to the coronavirus.

The UK is expected to move from the "containment" phase of the outbreak to "delay" at the government's emergency Cobra committee.

"Containment" aims to halt the spread of the disease but "delay" seeks to slow its progression.

It comes after the World Health Organization labelled the outbreak of the disease a pandemic.

Earlier, a cabinet minister, who the BBC is not naming, and health minister Edward Argar were confirmed as being in self-isolation after coming into contact with Conservative colleague Nadine Dorries, who has tested positive for the virus.
