COVID-19 update - sales and marketing suites to reopen

What I see buyers are returning and MMs paying 32p for sells, bid at 30p
Most builders on the rise today, why not this one then even if is on the selling price, after all there is large spread and the last buyer paid full offer 34p.

On the last Update, it says the wages bill should come down a lot ...................

-- The Executive Directors and the Operational Board taking a voluntary salary cut of 50% per annum for the foreseeable future. In addition, the Executive Directors have deferred taking their annual bonus for the 15 month period ended 30 September 2019;
-- The Non-Executive directors have taken a temporary voluntary reduction in their fees of 25% per annum;
-- All staff working remotely earning more than GBP40,000 per annum have taken a voluntary salary reduction ranging from 9% to 40% per annum;
-- Over 70 members of staff have been furloughed under the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme;

It seems building work has restarted at Bournemouth and deliveries are arriving. I imagine this is the same across the other sites.

By 3 pm the shares started to bounce back,

Crude prices rise as IEA tones down the pessimism

Crude oil prices rose further after the International Energy Agency moderated its assessment of the supply-demand imbalance caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

By 6:30 AM ET, U.S. crude futures were up 4.6% at $26.46 a barrel, testing a new five-week high. The international benchmark Brent was up 3.6% at $30.25 a barrel.

The IEA said now expects oil demand to fall by an average 8.6% this year, slightly less than the decline it had previously forecast. The forecast follows data showing the first decline in official U.S. crude inventories since January last week.

Elsewhere, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission wrote to various exchanges on Wednesday warning them sternly that they were responsible for keeping trading orderly in the run up to the expiry of June futures contracts.

The bounce back after the GAP is on
currently 17.80 v 18.40p

On opening at 16.50p UT this morning has created a GAP and it has now been filled, some good chance of moving higher again.

Managed to finish on the UP though there was work to get it to yesterday closing price 229p, peers finishing all down like the Market FTSE down 90 points, almost worse of the day

as the dividend was not paid the balance is the same.
