Well the 9p offer has gone, looks like the buyers had a turn for the good at MMs marked down earlier

The marked down today got some buyers at the lower price, anything below 9p at this stage is a good price some think. Still plenty of cash to invest after the placing last month

The clue of today's rise was on the closing UT yesterday, being on the bid side 6.50p

Mainly a few decades of experience, as you can see the retracement is from Fibonacci, help by Level 2 and all the Indicators, not this case as there is not enough data, being new.

The earlier RNS has help, most likely where the 6x100K to reached that % to go over 4%

I suspect he has in mind to convert more of the loan into shares, so next lot does not go over 29.9%.
He had to sell on the market last time on converting because he had 29.9% already or close to it.

on the news.....In addition, Mr Brown continues to hold GBP50,000 convertible loan notes convertible at 2p and GBP250,000 convertible loan notes convertible at 1.5p.
