does it take to give us the voting numbers. No doubt trying to cleanse it up and trying persuade certain dissenters and abstainers to change their votes in favour little tweak here and there for their benefit to shaft the rest of us. No doubt majority of the PI's are being left out in the cold.The BOD have no mandate and should go, as its obvious by the tactics adopted they have got things to hide or we would promptly get the voting results. The vote should be seen as no confidence in what the BOD is doing and have been doing for a long time. IMHO they been pulling the wool over our eyes for far too long. Any talking the BOD need to do with PI's needs to be done through BHR Action Group and not individuals who may not all clued up. KEEP UP THE PRESSURE BOD MUST BE MADE ANSWERABLE FOR ITS ACTIONS. What are the authorities doing about this? No visible action.

I got that e-mail yesterday after 5.00PM from TD. I thought a resolution might have been reworded again and was ready to reject it this morning, but found there was action available. No doubt the BOD must have thought about steamrolling it through or maybe somebody did not vote or abstained they were counting on.

Well done for asking the question. I queried it earlier today on the BB. I don't think the percentages tell the whole story, whereas the votes will give a truer picture of the manipulation done to get to those figures. Like everything else the BOD seem to be selective in providing voting information to us PI's. No doubt ii's have been kept in the loop. The information needs to be reported on a consistent basis, not provided because they don't like the outcome. Regulators need to look at this. Special thanks to Andy for the sterling effort put in behalf of us all and once again facing upto the BOD at the GM.

Previously the BOD have given numbers. I would like to see the numbers, to give us an idea how much of those were Henderson/ new investor. That would give us an idea how close the voting might be otherwise be on the other resolutions. It could be they would lost those too. Why be secretive?

Should help improve Profitibilty and SP.
