PrivateRyan should be promoted to Sergeant Ryan in recognition of his wonderful post !
The whole subject is certainly an ungnome factor
The big news today from the other side of the pond is a published document from the US Centre for Disease Control & Prevention stating the Delta variant is as contagious as Chicken Pox and fully vaccinated people can pass on the virus just as easily as unvaccinated. Furthermore the Delta variant is like to increase risk of severe infection compared to other known variants......Covid is a long way from over
Coalculus token is up 57% (!) over the last 24hrs on much higher trading volume . It reached all time highs overnight before dropping back a little .A few days ago it listed on coinpaprika exchange .
145467 share buy just gone through at 272.13 ! Someone is confident
“with the goal of evading the vaccine”
Sir Patrick Valance now on Sky news appearing before a Parliamentary Committee stating he expects that new Covid variants will be impossible to keep out of the UK .Plus , he holds the view that even after the world is vaccinated ( some time in the future) it is possible that new variants will mutate will the goal of evading the vaccine . ....a sobering view and an interesting one .
Fortunately Avacta’s Affimers are just the diagnostic tool to test for new variants as they arrive .
RobertCollier ,
Yes , based in the videos I’ve watched GST Chairman Tone Goh comes across as a personable guy with a positive story to tell about GST . Really encouraging RNS this morning confirming what we already believed about Coalculus being used as the blockchain . I’m not sure we need Bitcoin to reach the stratosphere to be a big success .GST/ Coalculus is not directly linked to the price of Bitcoin but I guess the whole sphere of cyrptocurrencies would benefit from a healthy Bitcoin price .
On a day when the market was largely heavily down for Avacta to finish up by 1% bodes well for next week and beyond !
Good luck to all investors ...
Quelle surprise , we're now blue !
low volume of shares traded so far this morning. The reason ? Because its very difficult to buy online . I've tried a couple of brokers to top up with small amounts but they won't let me buy ......so there is clearly a demand for shares
Those last figures I took from the Indodax which is an Indonesian Crypto asset exchange
Informative posts over the weekend. It’s interesting to see Coalculus coin up 60% in value over the last 24 hrs . Massive increase in traded volume too . Over $1,200.000 traded . That’s about six times the normal daily volume we’ve seen over recent days
The Huff article implies the nose swab test version will be approved by regulators .It quotes part of the plan is to send the test twice weekly to homes from 8th March to enable parents to test on pupils using the nose swab technique .
Radiagreen,
I think it may have been former head of FDA Dr Scott Gottlieb . He frequently appears in CNBC etc and I recall a thread here about him being positive on LFT testing . I can’t recall the exact details of the link with Cytiva though .
“Then it’s all about world domination”.
Runner-Runner are you going to be nominating Dr. Evil to take over from Big Al as CEO ?
World domination ? Yep , that’ll do for starters then onto planet Mars with our affimers !
Way back in Summer 2020 it was suggested by a poster here that the phrase , “ Have you been “avacta’d ?”would become everyday terminology for persons having rapid covid-19 tests” . Probably spot on .
It sure is us !
Rktech,
that's a really informative post which supports the investment case for GST/Coalculus.
I watched the BBC newsnight coverage on the subject of lateral flow tests last evening . The main guest being interviewed was Richard Peto , Professor of medical statistics and epidemiology at Oxford University . He was very bullish on the use of lateral flow tests to fight the spread of Covid and I was pleased to hear by his opinion .
