It looks like buying sentiment is restored this morning ....
A really positive RNS . The additional 211 million shares allocated to Allay in the recent deal will be admitted for trading today but the dilution is more than compensated by the huge increase in revenue imho.
The January 2019 web traffic figures for KOOVS have just been published. A slight increase in internet traffic to 3.11m ( 3.57% increase on Dec 2018 ). Pretty encouraging , maintaining a steady increase.

Interesting to compare Koovs to another Indian Clothing online company, Jabong.com which is a larger company than Koovs . Jabong's web traffic figures dropped off from 9.1 million in Dec 2018 to 7.75 million in January 2019

I have no idea whether January is traditionally a strong or weak month for web searches/clothing sales online in India .Anyone else any knowledge?
From twitter today , Koovs have confirmed they have opened another store at the Ambience Mall, Delhi . Small steps.....hopefully leading to bigger things.
RSW66, thanks for posting that article . Market finally appears to be getting the message today . Up 9% with good volume increase .
Robert Goodwill mp has just asked the PM in parliament about Treasury support for Sirius Minerals and outlined how the company is good for the Northern Powerhouse initiative Theresa May stated the issue of treasury support was tied by confidentiality so she couldn’t comment specifically on any funding issues but agreed that Sirius as a company was the type of company the Northern Powerhouse requires .
Overall, it was a bullish write-up for Sirius in IC today. Summarised at the foot of the article. Sirius is labelled as a "favourite" among fertiliser companies .
"Favourites
Sirius Minerals has had a tricky year. After riding high on a series of new offtake agreements, shares in the prospective potash miner started to roll in September, after investors were told that capital expenditure requirements could be $400m-$600m higher than previously forecast. Worse, completion of second-stage financing was pushed back from late 2018 to the first quarter of 2019. And to compound matters, the Woodsmith mine’s long-term ramp-up was pushed back by a year.
However, all is not lost. As things stand, potential lenders have indicated their interest in participating in “a commercial debt tranche of approximately $1.5bn”, the government is still in the frame, and other options are on the table to close the shortfall. It is understandable that the shares reflect the current uncertainty, but resolution should provide a clear line of sight to production, and relieve some of the binary sentiment towards the shares."
For clarity ....The new Koovs board member is actually Biyani’s daughter .
https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/services/retail/jeff-bezos-may-buy-kishore-biyani-out-in-new-business-deal/articleshow/66819379.cms
Amazon are reportedly keen on a long term buyout of Future Retail Limited owned by Kishore Biyani. Another branch of Biyani's Future Group ( Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited ) currently own 16 % of Koovs soon to be increased to 29%.
This may explain the buying in Koovs this am !
Investors Chronicle has retained its “buy” recommendation for Sirius in an update published today . Shame I’m too tight to subscribe to read the full article .
It's encouraging to read the high number of customer reviewers for TPO Mobile UK over the last month on Trustpilot.com . Numerous reviews from new subscribers would suggest an increasing customer base . https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/thepeoplesoperator.com Other encouraging information is although there are a relatively small number poor reviews from customers ( as will always be the case on such websites ), the vast majority of customers give a "good" or "great" rating over the last month for TPO mobile . Established companies such as Virgin Mobile UK & Vodaphone receive consistently poor customer reviews overall. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/virginmobile.co.uk https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.vodaphone.co.uk Looking forward to an RNS update from TPOP in the near future hopefully giving details of revenues.
https://internationalbanker.com/technology/wall-street-2-0-blockchain-revolutionizing-finance/ Google search "Blockchain" and its apparent that this new technology is fast becoming adopted. The above article was published today. Well worth a read and shows the potential of Satoshipay / blockchain based payment systems. Reaching mass adoption "All signs point to blockchain becoming mainstream. Since January 2015, the total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies has increased more than 4,000 percent. All signs point toward the continuation of this trajectory toward growth and mass adoption. An explosion of digital-asset exchanges has massively increased liquidity. Elite firms such as Goldman Sachs are already investigating setting up departments to take advantage of this new asset class. Governments are also taking notice: India and Sweden are considering creating national cryptocurrencies, and Japan has officially recognized bitcoin as legal tender. Blockchain has also started making inroads into the traditional finance world: CME Group recently announced plans to release a bitcoin futures product by the end of the year. In the future, many successful blockchain companies will likely provide token-holders with equity-like rights and seek to comply with standard securities regulations"
yes , great news. Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund purchasing 19 million shares in Tlou. That sounds like a sticky investor for sure.
