Polo Resources Limited ("Polo" or the "Company") APPLICATION TO CEASE reporting issuer status in ONTARIO, canada Polo Resources Limited (AIM: POL), the natural resources investment company with interests in gold, oil and gas, coal, iron ore and phosphate, today announces that it has submitted a formal application to the Ontario Securities Commission for a decision that it is not a reporting issuer under the Securities Act R.S.O. 1990 (as amended). If this application is approved, the Company will no longer be a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction of Canada. The application follows the Company's voluntary delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange in April 2013.

At the time of the premium placing announcement, it's down to 1.175 from 1.35. Copper prices may be the reason for such a fall. Hopefully steady rises until it's near placing price.
