bought in today although the level 2 is not showing my 10grand investment i do think the deal will be completed but just need to be patient as these kind of high return opporunity requires patience from my experience in stock market over 15years

hey i sent the details to your email to support egm I've invested about 20grand at sub 0.03p after the huge placing so I'm not down as much as long-term holder but I'm more than happy to help to improve the current situation If the sp goes down to 0.02 then I will lose about half of my investment but the reason I'm not selling is that from many years of experience at aim with this kind of penny stock with slight positive news the sp can spike up between 100%~150% so I've invested on winning 100% plus return vs losing 50% the one very important factor to consider with this kind of penny stock is the possiblity of being de-listed due to bankruptcy but as they are currently debt free at least in 2018 they won't become bankrupt hence holding right now this is one of high risk punt in my portforlio so waiting patiently for short-term spike as I've seen many shares where it goes down down down then suddenly spikes up over 100% in one trading day when everyone was fearful

interim result was positive but one thing that put me off was "we will require addtional financing in the future" although they have enough cash in the bank to cover working capital they will need to raise fund for commerical strategy. normally placing is at 20% discount so i will wait until the placing then i will buy in

ive got in today the sp looked cheap compared to the potential project at indonesia

dgb have very small free float so need to be patient

it's just a MM trick they do that often just wait patiently this will re-rate big time soon

according to level 2 today there were about 8000pound worth of buy vs 300pound sell so it was positive today from live level 2

ive bought in sp is cheap spread is narrow no brainer at this level great chance to gain high lucrative return short term

the sp will spike up upwards big time if the board sells video business which is likely to happen reading the rns "The cash consideration being offered under both proposals is expected to be in excess of the current market capitalisation of the entire Group at close of business on 28 September 2017. " hence already the cash offer is in high premium

solid result and year 2018 is expected to be stronger there will be a re-rate in sp good time to buy at cheap price

this share has been very difficult to buy i was pressing buy buttom from 9 in the monrning it keep saying unable to retrieve live quote but finally got in in the evening i liked the prospect that they will be acheiving operational profitbaility in fourh quarter 2017 and this sp looked cheap hence the reason for my buying

this has been one of the most over reacted drop i've seen this year Uk&europe is performing well where their main revenues comes and US is a new region so it will take time to consolidate im in at 42p very cheap price great chance to get in cheap

i gained about 20% return when this spiked to 0.04 level in july2017 after the placement so you are wrong i have profited bought in at 0.03level took a quick profit and got out also if you are amazing at predicting company crashing please log into IG spreadbetting account take short position on company you expect to fall then you will make a lot of money rather than posting here but wait you don't actually have the insight but rather just "comment" which is zero risk if you had the actual insight in predicting future event you would have taken short position and earned money im not a long term holder but a trader at this sp there will be a spike again hence got in again at 0.03 those who fail to earn money is because they don't have the mentality to exit in times of spike as they become optimistic

it wont go bust at least 3-6months from now as they are free of debt hence the reason why I'm holding until Q1 2018 as there is always a spike with this kind of share when it has hit very low sp if you bought at sub 0.03p or below you won't loose 100% this is one of the high risk high return share in my investment portfolio always interesting to have one of these in my investment portfolio but when the spike comes don't be greedy and optimistic and think "maybe this is a turnaround!" take off your greed and sell and say bye bye

yeah peel has actually increased their holding if you check the rns so peel is actually supporting the sp rather the reason for the drop was fearful private investor selling their share at the moment

as I have said yesterday this was going to fall as according to level 2 there is a constant selling of this share I've bought at sub 0.03level so I'm holding until q1 2018 to see their progression as if they do show slight possibility that they can monetise their data more efficiently then this will spike this is ofcourse a risky share but the reward can be multibagger from this level this is one of my high risk speculating high reward share in my portfolio

I understand previous shareholders will be very emotional towards prox as they really treated shareholders without much respect But i agree that they fresh started their company and it is actually absurd to expect anything positive right now but as you said next 6months is crucial if they do increase their revenue wining contract then from this sp people can multibag from this level

not trying to be rude but "you don't know how to short a share?" you can just use spread betting account in IG city index etc it's basically betting your money that share price will fall Normally with equity share people invest expecting share price will increase so it's the opposite so if you are really confident that dgb will fall in value over time take short position with dgb and you will make a lot of money but I don't think you are actually that confident as you are not taking short position or the fact that you never had expereince with shorting share illustrates you are not really a sophisticated investor/trader rather just an amateur retail investor I'm assuming you bought this share in pevious year when the sp was in 45p or even over 130p and you lost a lot of money on this share hence I think actually you are being emotional here also if people base their investment on share on listening to the "ramping" done on the internet twitter etc then they deserve to lose money as they are not actually bothered to research the company themselves practice stock trading to accumulate thier own experience but rather wanted easy cash which they don't desrve if they based their decision on other people's opinion the free float is very small with this share as majority is held by big institution hence the sp can rocket up if the final result shows improvements

this will drop today but I'm holding until the inevitable spike with this share
