It makes no sense at all - and tim is contradicting the BoD

If both parties agree what is the issue of ownership if this contract took place?

Lloyd, the 36m contract was rns'd here and we were talking about listing on nasdaq with a valuation of x amount so it's not making sense? So clearly this is what the arbitration is over?

17% down since restoration isn't a big deal and can be regained in under 2 mins so no biggie. And I'd take this any day than being in suspension and left in limbo. Just my view. And I too shall be topping up and grateful that I can. :)

I don't see there being much sellers past .5p kat so more upside to be had hanging in here from a betting perspective for risk/reward.

The alternative is sell out now risk maybe potentially 20 % lower? or stay in and see where we are by end of year where you potentially could see a modest 50% plus increase. And that's being conservative compared to same period last year. Makes sense to hang on imho
