APTA has already derisked Anza endorsed by the majors taking over.

One rig has been left at APTA to continue work. The other 4 or 5 rigs have moved to the next site.

This happened at Buritica increasing from 3.6moz to over 10moz and it is still growing the more they explore whilst also producing.

The fact OMI is cash rich with no debt and having 2 high class majors running ANZA we find ourselves in an ultra strong position which is not attractive to the bucket shops and cronies in this game

Omi is simply out of their league whilst in this position. It is both good and bad but as word spreads and rainbow chasers get board of having their fingers burnt they will likely look for safer bets and taken long positions here.

Newmont could of had Buritica but sold their stake, prematurely. They’ve not made this mistake with Anza.

Buritica sold for 1bn with 3.6moz proven. Gold was 1.2kmoz at the time. Buritica is now 10moz and growing and in production with gold 1.8kmoz.

Newmont held 19.99% of Continental gold (Buritica owner) and received 250m for it.

Newmont maintained their interest in Anza and is now funding and has taken over operations on the ground at Anza.

OMI remains the majority holder being funded by the majors.

No debt and cash rich.

So sotolo knows better than No1 and No8 worlds biggest gold producers who are funding this operation for OMI who still own 100%
