I think this formulas used for OIP figures factor in a safety margin of error.

Once the final figures are calculated the margin of safety is reduced for more accuracy meaning the initial OIP figures improve.

You see this on many estimations both in the oil industry and mining industries.

1.9bn bbls…..the disconnect is incredible (£60m cap) and no front running and success is better than ….

88e front running for success but has proven time and again it fails. (£352m cap)

When we are £5sp the complaints will be this should be £20sp what’s going on.

CPR will likely see and increase on initial figures so place your bets. 9 times out of 10 there is an increase as more is found out.

They may be able to put in an offer for 30% holding but they can’t bid for the company until they actually get the 30% and at that point once the market gets a sniff of it the price would multiply many times meaning they would have to pay more.

So yes they may try to accumulate on the quiet but how would they disguise the accumulation to keep under the radar.

I’m sure the huge discovery will be of interest to JV partners but now the entry price will be greater and the ball firmly in AM’s hands.
