Like your analysis - however the new yield will be ~6.6%. Thats a 6% increase in the total Divi paid out, divided by the significantly enlarged share count, giving an expected 17.15p/share.
As an income investor, the new yield is below my target, and the integration has execution risk, so I'm probably selling my new shares to reduce exposure.
