Reading the CWU statement again, what a flimsy excuse for a delay after a good faith negotiation. The agreement in place is the only way forward and the posties i know are fed up with it all.

Will drag out and no doubt if the EU can link another Brexit punishment to a UK company it will. The news is there and until a resolution which may be many months or years away the SP will recover in the absence of updates and the world moves on.
