The proposed new dividend will give me 13% on my average cost and expecting strong capital gain from here. Some brokers are at 570p.

As money moves from bonds due to interest rate falls the money flow will be to equities. Bubbling up nicely for a January mega rally as US earnings are maintained.

DOW 40k and S&P 5k soon to be a reality, I ws calling this for 6 months or so and it seems to be coming close.

FOMO and greed should see up through the NY and to mid Jan before profit taking.

Crossed the 5% threshhold as we settle round £1.
