Its a 10 for 1 swap (reduced the number of shares in issue) so your 450, 000 became 45, 000 and the price on swap also increased for for example 0.03p per share to 0.3p per share so you not really any better or worse off in either case. I would recommend using a portfolio sevice like reuters or digital look (both free) the change would have been made for you.

Lets power ahead today need a good end to what has been a good week so far for my portfolio.

Ah now I invest what I cannot afford to lose in more certain bets (that is meant to form my pension in the long run) and what I can afford to lose (often the profits on the former or the profits from my true gambling account with Ladbrokes and yes I do make a profit not a loss) in this type of thing. So far I am wining 3-2, 2 have lost (gone bust) 3 have so far come reasonably good. I used to do this type of thing with bidup tv, in the days they used to do rising price auctions and not falling pric ones. The game was to get as close in the bid as possible without actually buying it. I ended up with 2 sets of suitcases and a case of knives (ruddy useless things they are).

And sometimes you just have to take a blind punt, its the mark of a true gambler and often or not someone who ends up with no money!

I have punted a small amount on this just in case it does pick up. I wish I had when I could with TMN,at the height of the .com bubble burst they were 0.01p (if I have that right 100 shares = 1p) per share since then they rose to over a £ (and fell back again) currently trading around 12 - 13p range. I spent £13 on the Australia video last week (not for me but the young lady you understand) and I would rather have spent that on this share as in 5 years time there just maybe a hope this will have come good. The video on the other hand will still be a pile of dog excreita in 5 years time. On the other hand of course this lot may have gone bump! Depends on how good the management are in steering a course through the troubled waters. Time alone will tell till then its a sit tight (already in profit at the mo if I don't sell!) and let the bet run its course. Good luck all

It was caused by someone dumping 1m shares in one lump.

Hi mate I hope you did not buy in at 90pps! I have held TMN shares since the days when they were TheMutual.net (it is what got renamed TMN Group after the .com bubble burst). At 90pps they were over valued and then came th credit crunch and the all that concerns for their core operations of marketing. This share should be trading in the range of 20-25p in my view and the reverse takeover is nothing but good news for the future as far as I am concerned. My average on this share is just under 10p a share at the moment (considering I got my first shares for nought still quite high) but only recently started buying into this one again.

Just had a look at TOM I think that maybe the last you see of it just like i fear CTT is for me.

soon be back in profit for me if this continues (need it over 10p for that) Still not worth what it says in my halfax valuation which is £282,475.00 per share!

and personally I think its good news provided it stays listed and is not in time taken private which they could do quite easilly.

Apparently was described as a rollercoaster ride before I invested and it has been more of an apple bobbing contest since.

My divi was deliverd to my trading account without any loss on the stated rate (IE I got 1.8p per share) now reinvested in Nexus. But as I say my experience of divi is limited only hold 2 shares that pay divi's at the mo this one and Sainsbury's. (again have capital growth average at c£2.50 a share) and a good divi (12.6p this year)

I think that should read 0.018 GBP or 1.8p (0.018p = just under 1 2000th of a penny if I have my fractions right I never was good at fractions or 36p per 2000 shares when in reality its £36 per 2000 shares.) AFIR share divi is delivered tax free and you have to declaire it to the tax man but could be wrong don't normally invest for divi but capital growth.

the shares are in profit (just! for me) so its all good with this one at the mo.
