Curratty: Just to clarify A2's reply it should be inital investment + anything spend on other shares in offer including any dealing costs (giving your total book cost) divided by the number of shares you have now. If you have an online dealing service (Halifax etc) where the shares are kept it should give you this sum (often called book cost or average) . The other way of couse is to set yourself up a simple spreadsheet where you put in the above equation to give you an answer.

Did you buy your allocation in the open offer? If so these have yet to be added (at least they have in my account) and that should make them look a little better if not you have lost about 90% value.

They will become WI shares at a rate of 1/1200 (83 shares £58.10 at 70.0p) if you bought the offer (and any extras) these will be added soon and the B shares are simply a technicality and are worthless. My shares show QTI but have moved to the bottom of the list (as that is where w puts them) and it is normally changed when the market is closed over night.

Just think prior to the last consolidation (and taking into account the latest) your holding woud have been 12m shares. Let us hope this brings real value to the business and they keep us informed about how they are doing, something they do not have a good track record for.

You don't take up the offer at least (no extras) you are diluting your holding by something between 80 and 90% (The exact figure is in the RNS) if you are happy with that so be it if not you have no choice but to take the minimum offer.

I have and bought more besides (in the offer) but all I am doing is reinvesting my divi's from Sainsburys and Tesco which I would have reinvested anyway. It is really down to how you feel. If you held 1.2m shares prior to the last consolidation they would be a mere 100 shares now. So can you bear to hold a very small amount of shares in this company? after all no one bar the main players will hold many shares over 500 or so after the consolidation and offer (assuming the take-up on the offer is taken). For me one to sit on for the very long term and hope it delivers some growth, but as soon as it hits 20% profit (if it ever does) I will be out.

You are missing the spread, let us assume this is 700% after consolidation too if you buy your investment has to grow by 700% before it recoups its before charges cost. In this case probably better the devil you know than too take a chance on after offer being better, after all the shares may retain value

I take it that other site is reuters or other site fed by it, Reuters can be confusing as it quotes the last traded price and as the last trade in this share was a buy not a sale it is correct in that.

I shall be reinvesting my Sainsburys Divi in the OO here to bring my relative holding in line with the rest of my high risk AIM shares.

Read my post below titled here we go again and you will notice there was a 10/1 consolidation just before they were suspended (IE your 222222 would become 22,000 (ish)) and now with the 1200/1 consolidation it will become 18 (ish) shares.

The RNS says those who do not take it up will suffer 82% dilution

Another massive consolidation every 100, 000 shares reduced to 83 (share holding / by 1200 and any fraction is donated to the company) and an open offer of 11 shares per 4,500 shares held pre consolidation (so on the 100,000 shares entitlement of 244 shares). We have been here before (10/1 where 100,000 shares became 10,000) makes this a very expensve share to be in if it does not now deliver spectacular growth or a super divi.

It's at the same price it was (and falling) there are just less shares in issue it's rise is simply down to 10/1 consolidation.

It is only the announcement that the takeover has happened and like other things of this nature I am not expecting that until after the lawyers witching hour of midday. There is no saying any relisting will happen today although having said all that my hope is draining away by the minute!
