The original date of the article was September 2011, so to me it’s just been rehashed with 2nd September 2024 on it, wasn’t Pinder the CEO many moons ago, if it was correct it would be referencing Adolfo wouldn’t it?, unless they’ve got rid of Adolfo and we’ve got Pinder back ? (LOL)

Sorry Trenners I love your posts, and the insight into Capita, but I sadly have to pull you up on your 80’s music knowledge..

‘The only way is up’ was sung by Yazz and the plastic population, not Yazoo, they did ‘Only You’ and ‘Don't Go’ to name 2..

Sorry to be so pedantic, but Being a Teenager in the early 80’s I am duty bound to fight the fire so to speak.

I really like this.

I think it shows a real desire and commitment to get out there around the estate and see what’s really happening- he’s even been round my neck of the woods in the Dearne Valley- God Forbid!

Always good when the Head Honcho takes the time and trouble to ‘get out there’ and see what’s happening at the coal face so to speak.

I’m sure a lot of the team were enthused by him as he is nothing if not personable, this together with the technological shift that that they company is embarking on, it would appear at this early stage that he is taking the company on this journey which we all hope will lead to a more leaner fitter company that can offer many solutions to many different companies out there..

Early days I know but I do see a gradual shift in the landscape of Capita, will be interesting to see what the beginning of August brings..

Learn how to spell it first and then we’ll take it from there..

Thanks Darkblue but sadly doesn’t work, rather ironically just gets me to a blank BLUE screen with no content, not sure if it’s something at my end but sadly it ain’t ‘Avin it!’..
