Bebeto, there is another way to look at it, rather than have the prospectus' intending' to issue shares above 20%, maybe it just gives them the capability to do so should it be necessary. Could be I am just a bit more optimistic in my view of it. No argument is intended just a thought. ATB.

JC I have to commend you on your calm appraisal, particulary the third paragraph where you say that the certainty is missing. Hopefully it will put a few unsure holders minds at rest, nothing is guaranteed here, but the prospectus is vital.

There seem to be some date stamped from Friday 30 June, 4x 7million. One with a minus prefix, is that a cancelled trade? all a bit odd, like you Dalesman I cant figure it out. Maybe someone more au fait with market shenanigans can offer a clue.
