After all that has happened 2020 despite Soups doubts it is more than interesting that we have multiple parties interested in NXP002 in Asia. My only guess is we still have the principal and others wannabes. New management therefore have options. Also interesting that the only historic 3rd party (broker)involved with co has now been now cleared. All new relationships does that now open doors. Do not expect snippets when it comes it will be boom.

Is this just bad wording in the RNS today or does it say what it means...

The RNS refers to potential partners in plural not partner, so does that mean we have more than one interested party and therefore an auction or a ladder?

This is the heading on NFX website for NXP002 ;
“ NXP002 – Inhaled therapy for Fibrotic Diseases”
Definitely says inhaled therapy which confirms they have completed the process transfer to inhalation.

One thing about lawyers they never rush anything helps the revenue, so very difficult when two sets of lawyers involved to say when an agreement will be complete.

Bit slow commenting on Cooley appointment been walking the dogs again. So in my past life we appointed lawyers when we were drafting agreements, we changed lawyers when we had new agreements to draw up and to leave the previous firm for whatever the reason. It would not be impossible just to appoint a new company lawyer but would not have much significance if there was no action (ie why do it until it was necessary) unless it was an underlying requirement of a third party.

From the RNS 27/5 where they say they will do more if successful;
“If successful, Nuformix and VistaGen will consider opportunities to extend the collaboration to other CNS therapeutic candidates with a view to unlocking additional therapeutic and commercial opportunities.”

Chugg food intolerance and Elisa tests are Cambridge maybe more. CK did say at one point when discounting another site expansion at both sites but Cambridge is a new facility anyway moved in October. But food tolerance just had home use in China so they probably going gang busters anyway.
