If Ebers use the patent the benefit will be a bonus. It is an area in natural produce that could have many benefits.

Pipecolic is epilepsy and cannabigerolic is anti-inflammatory/cacncer reducing, different areas. As Anne’s update was before publication of patent knowing it was on its way is that coincidence or part of the plan.

One further coincidence was Annie’s update was 10/3, patent approval was 11/3, prior to the patent approval there was no future to speak of between NFX and Ebers. Now with the patent published that is a different matter.

Is it coincidence that the NXP patent is the latter and the funding/listing is completing after patent approval.

I am sure ( though not yet checked) one of the RNSs said the NFX patent provided a cannabinoid which could be used immediately to enhance most products it sounds it could be a base substance one that should not be ignored and used globally in products

I am not on Twitter can someone contact Lord Bethel or head of track and trace. We have just tried to register for antigen tests for staff so they can be tested twice weekly however the govt site is limited to companies and we operate as a partnership so the site we exclude a lot of businesses help please

Well production should be over 1m a week atm so we know a lot of that will now be visitect antigen tests

It is not an annual contract it clearly states the number of tests will be ordered quarterly between £50m and £374m this is a max£1.5BN pa contract

The ODX contract is potentially £1.5BN per annum see below

Boom talk about a misunderstood contract. The ODX contract has no time limit applied to it ie it is not an annual contract, it is a rolling quarterly contract, this is the clear guide to that;
“ Volumes supplied via this contract are forecast quarterly”.
Therefore the value of tests are decided for each quarter , so the minimum is 50mx4 (per annum), the maximum is 374mx4 (per annum). This equates to an annual contract of £1.5BN. This matches the GAD contract of £1.2bn.

The SP is what it is because MMS know they can collect shares when the price drops so why bother put the price up to collect shares so we have a trading range until shares are held and price has to go up for shares to be reallocated to those who are not short term holders. No point blaming CK co is doing a great job delivering partners, products, contracts. A bit of common sense says govt contract will max out through demand in schools, workplace and travelling. And this is just one revenue stream,

Some interesting posts on Twitter. Current shift pattern 2 a day 5days a week. Potential is 3x7, so can double output if necessary . Is the staff no increase for that change? CK has said they will be delivering 2m a week in April but is that the limit. The govt target is 14m a week from 3 suppliers all who have similar size workforce, so will ODX move to full capacity?

Not sure where the Q1 expectation of the results of the innovate grant was published but it doesn’t close this year until 26th May, so Q1 update on that unlikely.
