NFX currently has 4 directors, 3 non-exec, and one exec director, if all the project work is outsourced, the only additional work is negotiating deals, that can be outsourced but we do have experience in the other directors. However the AGM confirmed everything is on schedule, so they should receive the results of the NXP002 tests this month.

Common sense the industry is under resourced with not that many available companies with infrastructure and know how. It is unfortunately a growth business for the wrong reasons but an essential one under the circumstances.

Wonder how confident those who sold today feel given news is due on a number of fronts. Thing is the share will be NT to buy on the hint of news, if you are not in will you be let back or will preference be given to the regular institutional clients. Anyway why worry about not been in a share that is at the bottom of its valuation in an under resourced business with news in coming any day. Have a good weekend.

Hard to believe this price keeps drifting even on lack of news. There are not enough diagnostic companies worldwide never mind capacity just to cope with the advanced economies.

True but the job offer is a guarantee, just listened again to the Riddell interview, the co that offered the job raised $92m so could have been a proper job sign on fee.

PS CEO could take ano job, as when bought buyer will not need to take any staff just the IP, right results for 002 no CEO needed. Also buy NFX no royalties.

Soup thanks, slight misunderstanding, I meant ano buyer, interested in Whole of NFX, therefore Ox being held up until 002 results known which would be the interest, although why buy just the one when map is so low.

Is there a buyer for NFX subject to 002 results, is Ox on the back burner waiting for the results

Can anyone name another company with LFTs in both Antibody and Antigen tests……….and a shed load mor HIV and Food tolerance

Make it a bit clearer the only company that has both tests with the highest quality results

ODX is the one company that has all bases covered whether it be antibody or antigen the test results have the highest level of accuracy

If the Bidstats contract is correct the HMG contract commenced on 13/2. Signed 7 May and backdated to the start date. If correct DHSC are paying ODX £500k a week for packaging 1m cassettes. There is no other contract. So it is half £50m ( 2 years) /50weeks.

Sorry that would be £500k per week but that sounds like too much, then again 1m cassettes at 50p each?

Thought about this a bit more maybe the minimum part of the contract of £50m is for packaging ie £25m a year (2 year contract). So ODX are receiving £500k a month for packaging cassettes and the contract did commence on 13/2.

I am a little confused. So my first problem is there is a contract to manufacture antigen tests for £374m. The Bidstats contract is clear, it is signed in May but backdated to ‘ the day before services commenced’, the award definition specifically states service has commenced and backdated to that day, if service had not commenced they could have just signed and off you go. So the service is the manufacture of tests? My second problem is there is a 2nd service for packaging cassettes but there is no contract, now were we told this was for DHSC? Should there be another Bidstats contract the service is not covered in the first contract unless the tests are also being manufactured.

So what increase in production does the recently delivered equipment add to the production levels. 2m level was all delivered pre April, should add a bit to the weekly turnover.
