CK has sought out a U.K./European partner so can now sell Europe/Global knowing U.K. approval will be coming. DAM agreement shows they are confident they have backed a test which they will use for international travel their key business

DAM have European outlets and they will be wanting an early as possible self test. CK maybe deliberately has not sold in the U.K. knowing this regulation was on its way. If he has not sold he will not need to RNS to suspend

Exciting move today, so why today? What would you want if you were the CEO of DAM? Yes you would want the best test available, you have a clinic network so a professional test is good, but your key business is international travel so it is a self test you really really want. Would you sign last weekend for a professional test when you could have done that 3 months ago. You would want certainty self test was coming. What if ODX have been told but cannot say because they are waiting formal notification in the post. On that basis would you as CEO go ahead and sign. Is imminent the right word for self test Damn it might be!

So was it 100,000 tests at £7.50 or 200,000 at £3.75 ?

If the drug reaches the part others can’t reach it will only need a modest quantity compared to a drug given with a more scattergun approach. Therefore more costly for delivery but significant savings on quantity of drug used. So little difference in cost.

I read something a few years ago about nano dots being used to deliver drugs. The original problem were they were cadmium based which meant they were highly toxic, but some were developed using non-cadmium materials. The drug is attached to the dots which are injected/digested to the correct area depending on treatment.

I don’t think TRX is about drug development their specialty is providing a mechanism to drug manufacturers to get their drug to the right area to make them more effective

Doesn’t TRX give NXP002 a possible second delivery system, so not only inhaled as it has a mechanism to direct the drug to the specific need. As far as we are aware it is not in the frame for NXP002 atm but there is no reason why it would not be an advantage rather than a hindrance. NXP002 is the only Tranilast under IP

This looks interesting latest list of EU demotions, failure to gain approval and those still under review. The Visitect test falls in this period so it would appear it has been approved. There is an 8 week grace period, and the list of those approved is not included.

There are circumstances when the results would not be issued until…Not if they were requested as part of a previous negotiation and are part of an nda linked to a preferential deal ie we will proceed if these results are forthcoming or the company felt the results in the open market would compromise negotiations eg 004. Alternatively you may be right.

Might be a good sign if results trigger negotiations. We know everything was on schedule so we know results are due if we have not heard anything then that can only mean negotiations are underway

Thing is when results are made public either co will be sold ( no new CEO required) or they will be queuing up for a job which will eventually be about collecting royalties so nice lifestyle role. We know 002 already shown very positive results and 20 days in.

A private ltd co needs 1 director. There is a good chance AR will adopt the role of CEO but with such a small company it will be clear who is in charge as the Chair would be the natural choice. I would not say unnecessary but not essential

Soup a plc is required to have a minimum of 3 directors which NFX has even when AB leaves, there is no specific requirement to have a CEO so no suspension necessary

When did we start making Visitect Antigen was it mid May. If so that is 22.5 weeks, is that then 22.5m tests (not using govt equipment) that would be available at £23.50.
