Likely just around finance liquidity. I think you'd already mentioned here or on ADVFN that FU in their own right aren't super cash rich, but leveraging a VC that has a vested interest in FU allows commonality of a voting block with (broadly) common interests.
On one hand, shocking how they managed to accrue a 7% higher position without that pressuring the share price up. On the other, the stickiness of shares has just grown significantly, and so price pressures must become evident should they wish to extend their position.
