Petroleuminvest. I said this before. This is exactly same pattern like when this was before big rise couple weeks ago. Large buys etc. People and MM's accumulated and price was flat or red. Suddenly RNS MOU and price rocketed. It will be same here shortly. Confident we will see 2-3p very shortly...news will be amazing!
