It appears that AEG has swerved away from a JV with Segments Cloud Hash (rns 29 Jan) and instead are buying the sites from them and then will be fitting them out with Bitdeer

63% of the shares are held by Story, Segments (locked in 12m) Spreadex, Cantour and Paul Elliott

Interesting stuff, Bitdeer imo are a better bigger partner, its still going to be a bumpty ride though

Been doing a bit of digging re spreadex, cantour etc

Since the placing Spreadex have sold 130m shares (there last rns 27.4.25 was just the dilution following the Ghummad share being issued)

Since the placing Cantour have sold a few, added a few but are pretty much at there placing amount, last rns as above was just dilution due to Ghummad

John E Storey has not sold any

The Ghummad deal was with Segments Cloud Hash FZ-LLC as they have now appeared with the 909,090,909 consideration shares

Warrants wise, I think it is safe ish to say these are mainly held by Spreadex, Cantor and John E Storey, if any had been issued we would know as they have to show the consideration @ 0.10, so whoever has them they need to find £3,333,333 to cash them in, they are not listed on exchange (in rns) so can only be sold to others off book or to AEG

Surely they have to rns the warrants being cashed in

Looking at the RNS, the deal with Bitdeer is going to be at a reduced electric cost per Mw, $300k per Mw compared to possibly $437k per megawatt on previous RNS's.

But it sound like they are still negotiating a % of the 64 bitcoin that Bitdeer anticipate to produce at the site per year.

That is potentially $5m of bitcoin mined per year (at todays price) so even 20% of that to AEG would be a good deal imo

I cant get a quote for anything over 500,000 shares on HL

ended up doing 2 x 500,000 @ .11

Didn't know much about Bitdeer, so had a quick look, they have literally just raised $300 for expansion of AI, mining etc

They mined 661 bitcoin last month worth circa 51m, I dont know how much it cost them to mine that

This is getting very interesting

The dilution has partly happened, the 900m shares for Ghummud were admitted on 14th April, subject to 12 month lock in

The 560m ish share for Kanza will come early May once completed i assume, again with 12 month lock in

Hopefully after that they will be able to use revenue or have enough interest to raise money to keep buying if the opportunities are there

Im prepared to wait so have taken some more as well

This really does feel like a coiled spring, spreadex and cantour are a pain , but if/when they confirm the 8mw site is up and running, this has got so serious up side

All good news with completion of the 8mw still to come

I am thinking the 300,000,000 was Spreadex and this lot is the last of cantour
