I’ve been watching TBC for changes as always wondered that myself.

Audit Update

Further to the announcement of 3rd February 2023, Dukemount Capital plc, the

property management and long dated income specialist today provides an update to

investors and the market in regards to recent developments at the Company

Since the previous announcement, the Company has been working closely with its

auditors to complete the audit. We now believe all the information required to

complete the audit has been provided and we await sign-off of the audit for

publication and filing. This will allow the company to initiate the process of applying

for re-listing, which we will undertake immediately.

This process has taken far longer than expected but the Board is pleased to confirm

that it now believes that we are nearing the end of the process and, as such, the

Company hopes to be able to provide the market with a positive update on this

matter in the near future.

The Board is very grateful to all its stakeholders for their continuing patience in this

matter. All of the officers and advisors to the Company are working as expeditiously

as is possible to reach a conclusion to this process.
