Deano, it depends how it’s worded but usually when people are talking about dividends, they are saying how much will dividends be for the full year. So at 10p on 100,000 shares you would receive £10,000 a YEAR. Usually receive this in 2 payments

And Jimmy, CF has stated he wants to pay dividends.

Dividends is usually paid twice a year. So if you have 100,000 shares and they pay a dividends of 10p. You should get £5000 every 6 months. I would recommend holding in an ISA so dividends will be tax free Mark

If dilution occurs for the full $600m at what price would it be? My worry is that we don’t move from the 22/23p range and have to offer dilution at 20p. Is there anyway to get this share going north before dilution hits. If we can get the open offer at 30p I would be chuffed Mark
