This stock has lots of debt and with the world the way it is its a problem for the stock markets, the USA are saying their might be a recession, the $ is £1.30+ but its been at $2 for £1 in 2004. look if they bring down the rates to 0.25 or 0.50. but this will be in a way a good thing for the companies selling to the £ and euro.

This is a good stock, moving in different whys, sell food in big branded retailers as well as the supplements. its kept down because of the other internet brands e.g boohoo. but the usa market with ect, amason and so on are doing well. not all baba even softbank moved out.

This share is cheap and will stay close to this price because of the segment its in, the products are good and not over priced compared to others. i have bought their protein and that's for people with a budget. I buy on nutrition which is a different blend, but very expensive.

This is a good share, you will see more and more my protein on the shelves. Whey has come down in price, but not the rrp. they do this trick and if you don't get the products in time you get a discount added to your account, so you buy again using the discount code. and you spend over a lot of pounds to get free postage. they shouldn't break up the thg brand. Their are protein companies that are well below their IPO price. Interactive nutrition LTD is one, same quality as my pro, but my pro is bigger and more products and retail customers. I can price it in 6 months, 6 to 8 pound a share. They will want to get some more debt down and have no problem doing so. They are investing in new engineers and working in lots of country's, so its cost effective in the long run. that what the f 100 is about. I hope they do offer a special dividend and it will be small but when they pay the debt, then its sorted and bigger investing company will fallow suite

I can see more air force contracts and summeriness reactor contracts and a lot more business because of what's going on and not only in Rusha. RR have been getting new contracts and I don't pick a share because of how its done in the past, but how its going to survive in the future.
