@PrayFor, Yes, you are correct, the ones selling are happy with 20% to 30% profit. I was one of those guys and intended to sell at 60p but I have changed by attitude for this share and will now hold long term. I am confident that this will be multibagger share in the near term. Definately 1 pound but the potential is a lot more.

Prayfor means that if shorters were trying to short the stock for this big company then they have achieved it and now the stock has multiplied since 32p so all done.

I agree, but even if there is not a takeover, this stock at 52p is a crazy price. Cineworld is the second largest cinema company in the world. I bought 110k at 45p a few weeks ago and the price plummeted to 32p but I wasn´t worried as I knew this was a £1 plus share. Will hold until 2 pound a share and then my retirement is sorted !

While there is a takeover speculation this share will not hit the 30´s again. Yes, it will go up and down for the next few weeks/months but the bottom has been reached last week and with US opening on the 21st the price can only go up.

I´m a historian and Indepthwins just reminds me of William Joyce "Lord Haw Haw" of World War II. Joyce famously promoted negative propaganda about the allies during WWII, even when we crossed the waters to France on D-Day and were marching to Berlin. Joyce was executed which I think would be extreme for promoting negative propoganda of Cineworld.

Totally agree. I would actually expect a red day and would suspect that things are not right if we did not have one. We all love for this share to shoot up but it won´t see serious action until the CD&R transfer the 72k-85k to SIG. You have to admit though guys and girls.......... These are extremely exciting times for SIG ! much more interesting than invested in a FTSE 100 stock

This is bloody crazy. I said a couple of weeks ago that I invested my life savings of 100k which is my wife´s money at 26p. I am gonna get some fun times off the wife tonight !
