... looks like a nego open on the ftse , thus far , maybe the yanks are expecting a no downturn on interest rates. Makes me laugh. A year ago I got sub 6% on a five year commercial loan within the UK when base was 5.75% , the states expect 6% when the base is at 2.25%?

..just so you know , despite my efforts to put a bid on the table that weekend , it was a closed shop. I tried very hard to put a deal on the table , but it was shut. I know that you have interests in affiliated companies and my simple answer is that Planet Rock was rolled over and my gasp to get in was fruitless and a waste of time.

... I have filtered you since you did not respond to my plea of help over Planet Rock... I have just turned you off my filter. . You have always been harsh and direct , not a bad quality when appropriate , but do me a favour , AAA is a board for sharing thoughts , not pushing , s****ing or otherwise winding others up , LSB has its place and so does AAA , I hope , and whilst many find your attitude belligirent , you have your place and thats is respected but I hope that within AAA you can contribute to a learning curve rather than posting what you do or do not do. This is not my board , but I introduced thois none trading board as a pit stop to share thought, seek advice and generally mix with experienced traders of value. If you have all that , then lets agree to not disagree and move forward , mark.
