My bad regarding placing. It was warrants as per last RNS. When it comes to patent application, I was reading something on FDA website that they have certain time window to accept application in writing. It varies between 30-180 days depends on the form submitted and if it drug or device. It is initial review period to make sure patent form has everything to take it further, but of course full approval might take few years. On that basis and it is my personal opinion, deals could be pre agreed, but first show us your patent has everything it needs.

And £125k placing, could it be to cover legal costs and contracts?

IMHO deal is done subject to patent application approval. FDA has upto 90 days to approve, reject or ask for more information regarding patent application. This is just for application to be accepted, but I might be wrong.

I don’t know how significant p140 could be, but if someone compares it to Humira, it was 200bn industry on one drag alone over 20 years.

Early days of Humira, there was Oxford.. company buyout in region of £750m, in today’s money it would be 1.2bn

StockMaiden, if you check company house records Andrew McCartney is still director of whitespace so they are not tagging along, they marching on together. DH is just new business on the backbone of whitespace to focus purely on defence technology IMHO

Riceyboy84, regarding 31k. Reverting to trade history and the mid ask price at a time it is 50/50 buy sell so saying someone had a big punt is optimistic.

We haven't seen impact of OTC as data is still not available. I guess HASTF is not live yet, following earlier approval.
