My slant on it, from the presentation earlier, is that they have the goods to process and can start producing from Molefe at an accelerating rate very shortly. Additionally, they can expand the existing pit at the same time so adding to the tailings which have already been stored.
They can also explore the other thousands of hectares they (we) own in addition to the processing side of things which, looking at the area, would hopefully turn out positive for everyone concerned.
Leon commented that news was quiet as the focus was on the planning for the new copper focus. I can accept that to some extent, and will give him the benefit of the doubt, but even an every other month update would help. That said, he committed producing at least the volumes presented and, given the presentation commitments, it would be very poor not to at least hit these figures, given current investor sentiment. After all, 'Past performance is no guide to future performance' 😁
If they miss these projected targets, then my hat is likely to come off in favour of the de-ramping/negative possé. For now, I am giving JLP my backing and am having positive feelings the share price is currently cheap given the forecast and potential for greater rewards.
