I am in full agreement with @Trenners. £4.50 by year end is only 30p in old money. I bought my first CPI shares at 44p (£6.60 in new money) and my average is still a horrible £4.35 (29p old money). The company is in far better shape than it was when I bought my first Capita shares and free cash flow with certainly put us back at £4.50. Fingers crossed that it all goes to plan in December.

Enjoying this steady rise back to 300. Long may it continue….

I feel the drop 15% over the last week almost looks calculated. Opportunity to top up cheap before the big news 🗞️

I think that statement is incorrect. My understanding is that John would happily sell if the right buyer came along and offered fair value for the company. Why would board members hold so many shares if they didn’t want to sell?

At present I see “fair value” as being £7 to £8 per share ☺️

1) ITX invest in some good public relations.

2) The brand finally gets noticed.

3) Institutional investors and Fund Managers rush to add ITX to their portfolio.

4) Private investors fight over the limited shares available.

5) The big detergent brands panic and start a bidding war to buyout ITX.

6) The board approve a sale at between £8 and £13 per share.

I just see this as an opportunity to top up with some discounted shares. Storm in a teacup. Just bought at £3.26. Thank you OFGEM 🤣

I emailed John today asking for an update. I had an immediate response saying “ You can expect us to continue our practice of releasing high-level HY results”.

Gives nothing much away but I would consider the John’s use of the words “high-level HY results” as a positive.

I think we’ll just hover around £3.50 until we get any significant news now. Once that comes then we will push on to the £4.35 to £4.50 mark (29p to 30p old money). That will be the ceiling until we have free cashflow and a return to the FTSE 250.

Does anyone see a dividend being announced in the near future?
