All outstanding 29m x 2p warrants will be exercised by then as per 15th Aug 2025 rns.i.e. sp above 2.5p for 25 trading days gives ree option to make mandatory demand to exercise these warrants within calendar month. Thus by 23rd April 2026 all these warrants should be exercised.

Thus over shares in issue will be just over 400m.
