I wouldn’t even take note of the TSX and us markets. Literally no volume and therefore will not effect price at all. For example tsx had traded 8m shares at .17, which is about $13,000 in total. Even less on Otc.

It’s not classification of the buy or sell. It depends on the mm and if they have false spreads and prices falls either above or below mid price.
