What more do you need to get it through to your head? Not "may need" not "as a security measure", "NEEDS"

They have stated they need placings until they are entirely self-funding, genuinely what scenario do see here that makes them self funding overnight?.

The only money they have now is CLN and they likely won't want the second tranche there when the option to do a placing is finally back on the table; it's highly likely a placing will come before another drawdown and may be large enough to pay off the previous tranche too as the terms were crap; 15% annual and 5% arrangement fees is not cheap for a company like tym, especially when a placing carries no interest at all.

Guys, I don't know if you're being deliberately stupid to mislead people here they have specifically stated they will do a raise.

I noticed despite all your protestations about a placing being likely, you are unwilling to engage the question of when you think that will be and what price it will be at. I'm assuming this translates as heads in the sand? Or is your genuine opinion that they will never need a raise again? You think even a massive joint venture protects from a raise? A joint venture is not going to instantly hand over any cash whatsoever and there's lights to keep on and hefty salaries to be paid.

Maybe I'm giving you more credit than I should, but I suspect you are aware of this all really and are being deliberately obtuse.

Of course they won't do a placing at the general meeting you clutz not did I ever said they would. This is the precursor to even be ALLOWED to do a raise. They have no headroom left, dwindling cash, a CLN to pay off. They admit themselves that a raise will be essential.

Also a joint venture is certainly not "far more likely". Even if they don't use the next placing to cover the CLN, it is 100% certain they need a placing regardless, they have said as much themselves and have no cash left so it a certainty a placing will come after the general meeting on 19th March.

You are gloating far too soon here. There is just two weeks until the meeting and the the guaranteed massive placing, likely around £1m and at what discount? You should be scared to guess.

The company has already stated this as fact and they will need 400k or more just to pay off the previous loan plus another 500k or more to keep the lights on. There will no doubt be a fall before the meeting then an even larger fall when the discounted placing hits, I'm guessing any buyers today have not done their research for this, but at least you can't say you weren't warned.

Good god I don't check etc much but just when your thought a share was as bad as it gets, it gets lenigas's name attached to it.

A typical aim stock, too many heads in the sand while the figures stare you in the face. How much cash do you think they have left of the loan and how do you think they are going to pay that back? There will be a £800,000+ raise as soon as they are able to and what price do you think they'll get for that exactly? You are probably looking at 0.05. also look at the administrative expenses, they are burning about £66,000 a month on those so what's going to be needed in a matter of months after this next raise?

A pure gamblers stock with terrible odds but you guys keep on with the sarky responses and see where your money ends up. Don't worry I'll be back to gloat when the next raise happens in March.

This is turning from a genuine looking world dominator under Cathal to a lifestyle company under Mo Khan. A big part of the CEOs role of a publicly listed company is relationship and communication with shareholders and it's in complete tatters with this guy and yet he's hidden and silent. Cathal would have done 20 interviews by now: sing the good points, add flesh to the positives, explain why they believe revenue will show mid single digit growth next year, explain how close the two expected challenge trials are looking, explain the cost savings the company has and is making. It's not like he's short of things to talk about. How much does this clown earn and why does anyone respect him? What true positive has your CEO done for the company?
