No mention no, just the question raised to be authorised at AGM. It's just a question, nothing more as would have required an RNS otherwise.

Maybe that was the plan all along - sell GMET stake and partially diversify the proceeds via POW itself with it's many opportunities and fingers in many pies so to speak. Great way to leverage the cash if POW is undervalued (IMO ans many others it is).

I had a proxy vote form through from my broker IG today for the AGM.

One of the questions to vote on was: ‘Authorise market purchase of ordinary shares.’

Can we assume this signals their intention to do a share buy back at some point after the AGM (if it gets voted through of course)?

It's a good question for them at the AGM. Not going personally, but for anyone whom is it has to be something worth asking.

If they believe it's undervalued surely it makes sense to do so to help promote confidence in the market for POW.

Currently the SP is in a falling wedge, target should it break out is about 20p / share (NFA, DYOR)

Doesnt just apply to Ironveld, other small cap shares are affected also. Some long and short, but some short only restricted. Larger shares not affected - liquidity issues maybe...?
