So I wonder how Craig will get to buy in again at the same 3p level now that there's no future placings forecast for the next 2 years, he said he's only allocated 60% of his original commitment of circa 4 months salary to invest. Can the company grant him shares if they want to, etc(zero cost or at a specific cost)? I have no idea, so genuine question from the knowledgeable chaps on here (Faramog, Pdub, etc)
Ah well, I have to be optimistic that's just the kind of investor I am, I'm not right about everything and I'm ok with that actually. It's fun to guess the outcome, and didnt cost me a penny to be on the wrong side of that.
What I do care about is being right long term here, and being on the wrong side of that will cost me, so hoping that's not the case here.
Agreed - nothing is logical or predictable on AIM or in the stock market generally. To say stock price should be at ‘xyz’ price by a given date due to various factors is illogical, the market will never give you the returns you want in the period you want them in.
I have conviction that BMN will do well over the years to the end of the decade, it’s stacks up
the business is in the early stages of being primed and ready for the forecasted global V deficit around ‘27 . Will there be tough times and will the SP still be a rollacoaster ride? Oh absolutely, but I think good things are in store here.
My only real concern right now are the affects of dilution due to the uncertainty of how many more share raises might be required down there road. I’d have liked to have seen a little more skin in the game from the board also, but for now all good IMO.
I personally think they have filled the full £2m, or extremely close. Why wouldn't they when any serious size £50k + will push the SP up and make it difficult to take size at a set lowish price? Were talking about deep pocketed PI's here, not the likes of me and you, whom aren't that far from II's themselves.
@Faramog - very true. Do you know if the board are also allowed to buy on the market if they wanted to now, or are they restricted from doing so?
I suppose it could be a sign of general uncertainty around the whole macro perhaps, but hard to know.
