Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Was anyone else aware that AngloGold Ashanti plc are a major shareholder in BMN, with just over 10% of the shares? I was not until now.
Just seen the Simply Wall Street breakdown of ownership - Aug was the last time they reported their ownership, over 160m shares.
Sure, it will pull back eventually (the RSI), but for context the last time RSI showed overbought conditions was March '22 rally.
BTW - Overbought conditions show bullish sentiment, if RSI pulls back and continues up that will be great for SP.
We are also above POC, 50 DMA - all bullish.
Now for some bullish news please Bushveld Minerals, let's see the fundamentals match the price action shall we.
Looks like we maybe starting a strong uptrend now. A few in disbelief, waiting for the reversal - now here’s the thing with strong trends, the best you’ll get is either a shallow dip or consolidation.
To be fair it’s only breaking out after a multi year downtrend, any reversal was likely to be powerful one.
IMO we are in the disbelief phase of the market cycle, aka ‘this rally can’t be real’ mentality.
Interesting to see SP build ahead of the re-financing news. The market appears optimistic, but of what - the conversion price perhaps?
For anyone looking for motivation during these tough times for BMN as a highly volatile penny stock, check out the long term chart for Monster Beverage. That thing has bagged many times over the years, but the drawdown (especially during it’s penny stock years) were horrific likes they have been here.
Think long term and all being well anything sub 10p may end up looking like a bargain in the fullness of time here. No guarantees of course, and one small step at a time.
CC - agree. As other EM countries start to expand their building (India, etc) China will not dictate the price of V as it has the last decade or so. That's because it's days of large scale building versus the ROW will lessen in the years ahead. As the demand dynamics in the V market change, as will what forces influence price.
Oh I agree - I don't base my investments on the advice given on BB's and wouldn't recommend anybody does.
Still in this for the long haul, still believe Craig can turn BMN's fortunes around (no pun intended).
Still intend to continue adding to this once the debt situation has been resolved in Dec.
I think the best thing to do is to take little heed to analyst forecasts. Do they factor in any of the future beneficial relationship working with SPR for example? Or is it a pure assessment of where BMN are right now and current V prices.
My guess is BMN surprises analysts to the upside as Craig works his magic on the business.
Whether you see today's RNS as positive or negative for Bushveld's future prospects, what has to be acknowledged by all and cannot be refuted is the fact that the 'big money' is taking up positions.
The first 6 months of '24 likely to be an interesting period for this share.
