Ok, so in the past did Ironveld actually get this close to production before (I.e refurbishment of smelter, etc)? I’d say it’s a done deal, no idea what the commercials looked like on previous smelter deals they were going to do in the past but sounds like the Rustenburg one was a good deal for the business.

Worth a trade here IMO - assuming production goes ahead as planned should see a nice rise, how quickly I have no idea but I’m in it for a swing trade. Long term, not so sure, has a history of not coming good, but at these levels seems good RR I think.

FM leads Bushveld well and I’m confident he has a plan re: paying down the debt. As for profit - we just need production guidance maintained through next year and an above average V price to provide that.

It’s a long haul one - I think I’ll be in for a few years to exit in profit, but will come good.

I know the companies history, agree it can be hard to trust if they haven’t produced for investors in the past. Hopefully this time is different, there’s certainly a few aligning factors that would suggest it is. But I am sympathetic to existing holders who invested higher up as I’m sure nobody would have expected the SP to be crushed this low. Many bullish for years in this will have had a hard time shaving conviction. I’m in BMN at 12p average and certainly know how it feels.

So all companies that a large trader / investor have a position in are doomed to fail, lol?!

I’ll say it again - sentiment on this BB is rock bottom and that’s where opportunities lie.

Iron Ore prices are on the rise due to China re-opening, Vanadium prices are creeping up.

We are at the early stages of the next commodities bull run IMO, perhaps it doesn’t feel like that right now given most small cap stocks are completely hammered, but in the depths of a bear market is where opps lie.

Great update, personally happy to double my investment on this basis. Appreciate the awful sentiment though on the BB - it's natural as the SP has been completely destroyed over the last 10 years. Looks good for reversal now, especially given that recent TR1 out earlier in the week, doubt it's a short Spreadbet based on this update.

Yeah, hopefully the spreadbet was a long position and not short as you say - anyway we can find out or not possible?

And this week I’ve come to the realisation that not everyone who posts negatively on here or any share BB is a deramper / Troll per say. Everyone has there story and most likely a good few are just poor unfortunate souls whom bought in way too high, never sold and are simply angry in their position. As I’d be if I were them too.

Roger is an emotional investor who thinks the SP always reflects the fundamentals of a company in the short term. As a result he sells at a loss, or perhaps never takes the risk and always looses long term. Don't be like Roger.

I hear you, it’s sometimes just as painful to not hold and sell before the big rise. It’s going to be a slow ride back up, can just sense that. They will drag it right out even if we trend back up to coax underwater holders to sell at the lowest levels they will give into. Ultimately, that’s the next stage in the process, they are done with capitulation through price IMO, now it’s time based -holders patience will be tested. Those expecting crazy runs from here will be disappointed mark my words.

Bluesy1 - couldn’t help noticing you’ve only been a member on here and posting since Dec ‘21…. Care to elaborate on that chap? 36p average you say, yet it was back late 2018, early 2019 when the SP was in the 30’s…hmmm.

Thank you, same to you. Like I say, feel bad for those like yourself with such a high average, you have my empathy. The SP chart is one massive falling wedge - a lot of pain and loss along the way. Curious as to why you didn’t sell though and how you ended up with such a high average?

BUT - what is done is done - to sell now is to lose. They can smash price down to whatever level they want, it means nothing to me. I no longer feel anything in respect to my position because I have absolute long term conviction in this company. The only time that would change is if the fundamentals were to change, but BMN only gets stronger by the day IMO.

My average is 12p. I’m underwater here too, I’d imagine most are. My error was not taking the time to understand TA before investing money in AIM, had I done that I wouldn’t have been so bullish on the 9p ish support holding. However, I now have a much better grasp of how to read the charts and intend to invest in positively trending stocks from here on. No more bottom fishing, no more hopium. As for my underwater BMN position- yeah it’s not great, but it’s the price of education. You either learn, evolve and succeed or you accept defeat and give up - everyone has a choice.

It makes you a Troll because you are trying to push your negativity on others. I’m sorry to here you bought in at the highs, how unfortunate for you. I must be difficult for you to come to terms with this, but please do find peace with yourself soon. Please understand just because you are unhappy with your purchase that others are not necessarily in the same situation. Oh yeah, and just to add, since the SP made its local bottom we’ve had higher highs and lower lows. If we start to range here likely to indicate an accumulation zone. Big buyers can’t hide away for long - soon the VPOC will give it away if it drops closer to where price is ranging. The charts will tell us what’s happening, don’t need to listen to BS on here from Trolls. No FA and I’m not saying the bottom is in here by the way.

He’s a Troll, just ignore him. They have one sole aim and that’s to try and convince investors to sell and that they have picked a dud. Bog off Troll - in the long term the BMN SP will reflect its value, most here are in it for the long hall - you’re just noise and one of many far too obvious Trolls I’m afraid…

Looks like formalities, does say they are at an advanced stage with them also. I’m newly invested but know enough of the background at Ironveld to understand exactly why people would be sceptical here.

@HarChris - agreed, there’s always a workaround for those issues (use of diesel generators, etc). Sustained selling pressure caused a waterfall sell off here - it’s manipulation, nothing else to it. Just enough sell pressure to cause a cascade, at each lower price traders and holders alike being conviction tested. Looks like we’re done now, although unpleasant for us LTH’s we’ve got rid of the tourists and speculators - weak hands have more or less been shaken out by now. That’s healthy for a sustained uptrend when the SP is ready for trend reversal.
