Why would Pace agree to the JV if Ironveld didn’t own the Smelter? You’d expect them to do their DD.

If Fortune says he’s confident on the loan re-payment / re-negotiation, then that’s good enough for me. As for the trolls and doubters, know this: great things take years to come to fruition sometimes. The sharp rise and fall of the SP has more to do with V market volatility than it does BMN business performance - we all know to an extent BMN is a proxy. So guess what, your going to have a volatile share chart as a consequence and your going to have speculators coming in, big rises and big sell offs. If you can’t handle the heat - get out of the kitchen.

SquirtyFlower - BMN signed a 5 year wage agreement not long ago, I think the labour costs and general unrest is a bit of a mute point.

Nothing shocks me about the update, not great, not terrible either.

Not bothered about the movements of short term traders, their timescales are not mine (but I think BBN's insight and knowledge is interesting and useful to read).

Looks like the SP will stay lower for longer, but tbh that's fine - I'll just continue to add when I can and if it means I can add lower for longer fantastic. I'm more interested in where BMN will be in 3, 5, 10 years than where it is now, but the company is doing the very best it can do, despite all the headwinds.

Those that seek to make short term wins, best of luck to you, but I would focus your attention elsewhere if that's the case as you wont find quick wins here.

Hi All, I'm not into FUDing my our investment, but does anyone know why SimplyWallStreet shows BMN as 180% over valued? It's complete nonsense of course and wasn't always the case. Curious if nothing else, if anyone has any insight?

Agreed - smart money / institutional money buys low and sells high. Any selling at these levels an attempt to dup PI’s into thinking the SP won’t run.

I know, only just had the money transferred across to my SIPP from another pension this week (took a few weeks), would have been great to get a few more, but very pleased to have a chunk in the low 5's nonetheless.

Another 253,776 shares into the SIPP for a long term hold. SP appears to be breaking out of it's multi week triangle pattern, god speed and GLA.

Here's to BMN going from strength to strength - one day the SP will more closely reflect the fundamentals, until that day I will continue to ignore SP and focus on the business.

Likely that this latest news has been priced into the SP already. Market will want to know what their cash position is and how ongoing funding will be catered for (i.e. debt, or raise and dilution). Personally wouldn't want to add further until this is know and I'm sure others feel similar. Talk of ambiguity over today's RNS feels like paranoia, but arguably justified based on the past.

Yep, I agree there’s no certainties when it comes to investing / trading. But I’ll leave you with this - in the last five years whenever IRON sold off (effectively capitulation among holders occurred) a SP rise of reasonable significance occurred at some stage afterwards. All my opinions, DYOR, NFA - GLA.

You didn’t answer my question though - on the previous occasions did they start a smelter refurb beyond just talk about a smelter purchase…if no then…

I’m perfectly aware of Ironveld’s history - I do my DD. Previously failed smelter purchases kill off retail bulls at the very point Ironveld DOES make the move to production. The BB is a graveyard, the SP has sold off to max, and we are in the depths of a bear market. I’m a contrarian investor by nature, I go where the opportunity lies and that’s often at the point of max pessimism. But let’s see what happens, re-rate on the cards if this time is different.

@Monkeytom - yep, my thoughts exactly.

BOD’s changed since ‘19 - think we should cut them some slack and see what happens here. Won’t lie, the risk of further dilution next year is off putting and I’d wager until we see their intentions here SP won’t see it’s full potential if production happens unhindered. I like the RR as it stands and happy with my 0.3p average, let’s face it they won’t make it easy for us as when has making money on stocks ever been easy.

I’m not pure TA focussed, but for those that are - nice thin volume up to approx .70 For those that don’t know what that means, price tend to move quickly through low volume nodes. NFA, DYOR.
