Since the pandemic things are different the so called good earning jobs .People don't have to live around London , home working has changed all that .I work in a office in Leeds as well as home and have meetings at our London branch but i mostly do the meetings online but my pay equals the same pay as my London colleagues . Things are changing and people are moving out of London to find cheaper housing but also retain there London salary

If interests rates go up again some people may have to foreclose and the bank takes over the mortgage .
