Im happy to keep 5% for the year its managable with mortgage owners , im fortunate to be mortgage free now on both my homes but i have been there where intrest rates were 13% AND YES 75% of my salery went on my mortgage . People moan whenthey see this rate , you not lived yet lol and all us who had 13% interest rates just got on with it , even taking partime jobs as well as fulltime .

Longtimeinvestor : agree metro as you say is on a tightrope , so if it was , whats with the surge in the sp confidence is growing with that bank after they offloaded mortgages to natwest . Yes it took a little loss on this but thease mortgages that got sold had only 2-3 years life before renewall . This guy looks shrewed and savy and some body is heavliy investing in metro . just saying as i think it will overtake llods sp . so something is going right !!!

Looks like Metro bank sp is going to take over lloyds sp price lol . I got in @27p . Banks are getting the investors back

If it keep @5% for the year . Lloyds are quids in should start to raise the sp . On dividends Lloyds has been very good to me and long may it continue we are starting to see the light
