Oil is usd75.

Spread is tight, 2.51-2.55.

Now, bid at 2.51 and can sell all my shares.
But difficult to get buy quote........

Now is there anyone to say that they know something what we don’t?? Like someone said in the morning??

We are currently producing 40k plus per quarter. 160k pa.
If oil stays average 65usd, then we have revenue of 10.4million!!
Extraction costs are around 20usd or say max 30usd.
That means our gross profit is around 5.5million!!
Now deduct all the admin costs from this amount and still we are in positive territory!!
PROFIT MAKING COMPANY!!!!!!
So producing at the current rate is enough for us. Any increase in production is a bonus and will increase our mcap significantly!!
Even if we produce 200bopd from WR1B,that will be 70k a year!!
Now do the maths!!

Thanks MMR,we are in strong position with producing around 40k plus in a quarter!! And many more opportunities to increase production in short term.
Also we got BAKER HUGHES mou,who got extensive experience in the region and supporting us in maximising the production,and will also bring new opportunities.

Obviously there are some “bed wetters”, who want to get out and can nog take risk?
Or they are over exposed??
Or someone want to keep SP low??
Or maybe member of concert party?

But whoever is selling will be kicking themselves!
Why?? Because our mcap is low and sp might not go much lower,even if the WR1B is unsuccessful.
Because current mcap is only based on our current production and our producing asset!
If we produce from WR1B. It will increase our mcap,if failed then minimum effect on the SP.
Of course it might dip a bit because of bed wetters,but it will be back to these levels!
And that is the reason people who have done enough research are sitting and holding shares with patience.

SP strong and holding nicely.
Expecting breakout anytime and going into low 0.30s or mid 0.30s.
Charts are encouraging!! We are close to news!! And sentiment is in our favour!!
